In order to improve the management ability, establish correct role cognition and master necessary skills, so as to build strong teams, Gooxi organized a skill training for middle & senior administrators of the corporation in Shenzhen from November 28 to 29, 2021.

Qiu Bosen, a famous management consulting expert who is a distinguished professor of the president's class of Tsinghua University, was invited to give lectures. Over 70 middle & senior administrators of Gooxi from branches across China participated in the training.

Mr. Zhao Shiliang, President of Gooxi Group, joined in the course, comprehensively expounded and interpreted Gooxi Vision, Business Value Chain and Strategic Objectives, described and planned how Gooxi middle & senior managers practice their mission in the future. President Zhao hopes trainees linking the training content with the Group's development. Via this training, administrators can better improve leadership, timely iterate internal organizational capabilities, accelerate innovation and collaboration, and work together to achieve Gooxi's grand strategic goal.

The course is mainly divided into 3 parts.

The first part: the self-management ability of middle managers. Mr. Qiu explained that managers have 3 orientations, that is, how to become a good helper of superiors, a good leader of subordinates and a good partner of the peer level, so that trainees can clearly understand their role.

The second part: the business management of middle managers. That is, how to accurately understand the expectations of the superior, how to clearly assign work tasks, and how to improve communication skills via the establishment of emotional links, so as to achieve the communication effect.

The third part: the teamwork management of middle managers. The course focuses on the application of leadership style, effective motivation, coaching staff counseling and communication. Through Mr. Qiu's simple and easy case analysis, systematic and comprehensive management concept elaboration and explanation, on-site group discussion, scenario simulation, training games and other forms, theoretical knowledge is transformed and sublimated into practical application, so that everyone has a deeper understanding of the mission of giving full play to the management function, doing a good job of connecting the upper and lower levels, and driving the overall efficiency of the enterprise.
